ONLINE AD SALES POSITION.

Applicant can work from home a majority of the time, with fairly regular meetups in person. Therefore, the ideal candidate is based in the Door County/Green Bay area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Sourcing potential new advertisers
  • Closing ad deals
  • Maintaining positive, happy relationships with our current advertisers
  • Keeping ad sales records

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong knowledge of and a passion for wedding blogs, wedding industry, and craft industry
  • And upbeat, positive personality
  • Flawless phone etiquette
  • Strong written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media
  • Comfortable with cold calling and researching new leads
  • Working knowledge of ad networks
  • Comfortable creating personalized ad packages to suit the needs of advertisers buying multiple forms of advertising
  • Must have consistent and reliable access to internet, phone and email with a quiet at-home office environment

SUMMER INTERN.

Applicant can work from home a majority of the time, with fairly regular meetups in person. Therefore, the ideal candidate is based in the Door County/Green Bay area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing, excelling in correct spelling, punctuation and grammar
  • Updating social media networking sites with new information, pictures and videos
  • Responding to comments and interact with fans
  • Market research projects
  • Build relationships and seek wedding professionals to obtain real wedding stories
  • Sell advertising space and featured posts on blog to wedding professionals and businesses
  • Organize and preserve office organization
  • Assist in on-site special events and projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Public relations, marketing or project management skills
  • Knowledge of and a passion for wedding blogs, wedding industry, and craft industry
  • And upbeat, positive personality
  • Strong written communication skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media
  • Must have consistent and reliable access to internet, phone and email with a quiet at-home office environment
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop, WordPress, and Xcel
